This book is the second book of this series from one of my favorite authors, Margaret Peterson Haddix. It is a fascinating book about time travel. It is very thought provoking and interesting read. I would recommend it for older readers (4th grade and up).

Crucial Conversations

As a part of the Principal's Academy I am attending, we are studying this book. I've read it before and it's a fabulous book. It's about how to get along with others and work through potentially tricky confrontations. It's helping me to become a better leader. I'd recommend it to everyone!

The Last Lecture

If you were one of the millions of people who have seen the last lecture and you liked it, you should read the book. The book gives commentary regarding the last lecture and just makes it that much more meaningful.

If you haven't seen the last lecture, you ought to watch it and then read this book.

The Magic Thief

This book was very creative with a different way to look at magic. I wasn't thrilled with the way it ended and so I wasn't super excited in reading the second book. But now that a little time has passed, my curiosity is getting the best of me and I want to read the second one to find out what happened.

Gambit

This is a mystery book with lots of twists and turns. It has interesting characters but in the end I wouldn't recommend it. It really isn't a book written to or for kids.

The Capture

This is a book I have been wanting to read for years. Lots of kids are reading it right now because of the movie, so I finally decided I should as well. I have to say that I was disappointed in the book. It was a little bit violent and it just wasn't my favorite book. I probably won't read the others. If any of you have read all of the books, I wouldn't mind knowing what happens in the series. Maybe someone would leave me a comment and let me know, since I'm not going to read the rest.

Paws Off Cheddarface!

Another Geronimo Stilton book. I liked this one even more than the last one. It has an engaging plot and is humorous.
